This work is all about me guiding you into your own body so you are the healer. Feeling fully safe and held in your emotions and pain is the only way I have found it releases from the body.

During a session I will place my hand on the front or back of your heart and help guide you in using a specific breath. Here you may meet old memories, emotions or sensations in the body. Space and guidance allows for this to move through leaving you at deep peace in your mind and body.
